Corona Hygiene concept for the QueerDanceCamp 2020 (ENG)

  • For the Queer Dance Camp in general the triple hall is used. In the individual training sessions the number of dancers is limited to a maximum of 24. Thus the minimum area of 20 m² per person is kept.
  • We ask the participants to bring warm clothes so that we can ventilate properly during and between the sessions.
  • In the QDC there must be no change of partner. By keeping to the minimum area, it is not necessary for the groups to be fixed. However, the registration for the training units is binding.
  • The trainers keep their distance to the participants or use a mask in case of contact. They only show with one other person.
  • In order to allow more than 24 people to register for the QDC, it will not be possible for you to participate in all 11 planned units. However, participation in at least 6 sessions will be guaranteed. Depending on the final number of registrations we will also be able to participate in more.
  • Participants will indicate their prioritized 6 sessions with their registration. The date of the registration decides about the participation in the training sessions. In case of unequal distribution we reserve the right to split up. In any case we need 3 sessions with 2nd priority from you.
  • In contrast to the last years we will combine the ballroom or Latin units rather than alternating them, so that there will be less unnecessary empty time for those dancing only one category.
  • Free training between the sessions is not possible. The clubhouse or the terrace hall are reserved for private lessons with trainers (max. 3 pairs in the „big“ hall and 1 pair in the „small“ hall). Please coordinate the times directly with the trainers and book the room via info@pinkballroom.de, so that we can make sure that there is no overbooking of the rooms.
  • Otherwise the Corona rules of the dance department apply (available only in german).
  • If the corona rules change, we may have to adjust the planning and possibly cancel the entire event. Payment should therefore be made promptly before the QDC.
